What is REDESIGN???

 

Redesign is the artful placement of furnishings and accessories using things that people already own and adding to them the items that they need to maximize the look and function of a space; this is most often accomplished by adding proper ligting, with the balance of textures and colors as well as art to create a more cohesive space throughout the home.  Redesign aligning all the architectural details and styles of one’s home along with their personal style and budget.  Redesign is especially useful in blending households or people who need to decorate on a budget.  Most rooms can be “transformed” in less than a day with just a handful of new accessories and an effective furniture arrangement.

PERSONAL SHOPPER

Overwhelmed with picking out new things for your room?  Do you want to buy new furniture, accessories and update that space but don’t know where to start? Then hire us to help you save time & money by choosing the right décor for your room...$45/hour

 

PAINT COLOR CONSULTATIONS

Allow our designer to present a complete color system to help make paint selections that will complement your home for both Resale and Redesign. (Most consultations completed in 1-hour, larger homes may be more - usually 1-3 spaces, up to 3 colors)...$75/hr

 

90-120 MINUTE IN HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION 

Let us walk through your home with a "fresh eye" and perspective for your current furniture for some new ideas to refresh your space, or discuss your design vision and preferences for a brand new look; either way our designer will share affordable and timely ideas and suggestions for a great look in your home.  In addition, we will provide you with a no-obligation Action Plan and Proposal that will give you an estimate of all our costs and materials for each area you wish to redesign. ...$175 - $225 fee

ONE DAY DECORATING

Redesign the room of your choice using your existing furnishing and accessorizing for a brand new look for your bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens or just about any room of your house!...$295, $425, or $675/room (Depending on size or area)

 

TOTAL ROOM MAKEOVERS

Redesign an entire room with a brand new look.  Add a wall mural, paint color, new art, bedding, accessories, greenery, the sky is the limit!!!!  Get the room you have always dreamed of...great for formal living areas, family rooms, kid’s themed rooms, game rooms, patios, laundry rooms, garages, dens and home offices!  A whole room “re-do” from floor to ceiling!  (Most spaces are completed in 3-5 days)...$850-$3500

STAGING SERVICES:

The cost of Staging your home will depend on several factors, options and timelines; you will be provided with a written proposal and cost of services upon the completion of the Staging Consultation and Evaluation. Options will be discussed with the homeowner at the time of the consultation and information will be forwarded to the homeowner with an outline with a brief description of work to be done, prices and menu of services the homeowner can choose from to fit their personal budget...so we recommend either a Half Day or  Full Day Rates during the Staging Consultation...

2-HOUR STAGING CONSULTATIONS AND HOME EVALUATION

Schedule our extensive three hour walk-thru and home evaluation consultation to see how our Professional Home Stager rates your property!  Get a detailed room by room report along with suggestions and check list to get it all done!  Do it all yourself or choose to have our staging team do it for you, either way you win!!!...$175 fee

 

FULL SERVICE STAGING SERVICES

Half Day Staging Rate...$350

Full Day Rate...$675 (based on $85 hourly rate)

 

STAGING ASSISTANTS may be suggested to assist your Designer for larger projects. Assistants fees will also be set at the half day and full day rates....$160-half day/$320 full day

 

**ALL Design & Staging Consultations will all be estimated and provided to the client in a written proposal with no hidden costs, or surprises and with a honest price guaranty!  Prices are always good for 60 days after date of proposal, with items prices separately so clients may pick and choose which services they wish to employ us for.
